Simple integration into your workflows
Rev’s product is designed to work seamlessly for your business. Automatically notify team members or reporters of transcript progress and completion. Proofread or conduct detailed QC within Rev or on your own tools.
Most of my depositions are ~8 hours long. How fast do you turn that around?
Rev’s ASR produces a transcript in less than 10 minutes. Then an even higher quality transcript is available within 3 business days (standard), or 1 business day rush.
How do you get files transcribed so quickly?
Our ASR provides a +90% foundation for our transcribers. Our proprietary software sections each file into segments, each is transcribed and then stitched perfectly back together.
I have multiple resource files associated with my transcript. What do I do with those?
When ordering your job, upload those files to the platform. We begin ingesting glossaries and preferences to improve the quality of your final deliverable. Certain files can be also merged into, or appended to the final deliverable.
What file formats can I give you?
Currently, we accept audio and video recordings in MP3, MP4, WMV, AIF, M4A, MOV, AVI, VOB, AMR, WMA, OGG, AAC, and WAV. We also accept links to streaming video and audio files available on the web. We are working on expanding this list to accommodate more court reporting technologies.
I only do business in certain states, how do you handle my formatting?
Our platform allows you to configure the formatting and layout of your transcript however you need. We are working on state specific presets to make this even easier.
What format can I receive my completed transcript?
Transcripts are available for viewing, sharing and editing from Rev’s free editor. You can also download transcripts in Microsoft Word and Plain Text (ASCII).
