Matt Riley, CAE, is the Executive Director of the American Association of Electronic Reporters and Transcribers (AAERT), the largest organization for professionals engaged in digital speech-to-text reporting, transcribing, and associated roles. A Certified Association Executive, Matt is an active member of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE), and serves on the International Associations Advisory Council (IAAC).
Alyssa Olvera
Alyssa Olvera is a legal customer success manager at Rev and loves being a part of the team. As a second-generation stenographer with a long-standing background in the legal community, she has a passion for the industry and its potential to expand and align with vast skill sets. Each year, she focuses more on encouraging positive, impactful conversations in the court reporting space to nurture forward movement and positive impact.

Michelle Baden has 30+ years of experience in stenographic and digital reporting, with expertise in both operational and hands-on development aspects. She serves on AAERT’s Continuing Education and Advocacy committees and is currently a Sr. Operations Manager for Reporting Technologies at U.S. Legal Support.
Andrew Wert
Andrew Wert is a Litigation Technology Manager at Planet Depos, overseeing the training of Digital Court Reporters and Videographers. He serves as Secretary of the Advocacy Committee for the AAERT, promoting digital reporting nationwide. With a background as a Certified Electronic Reporter, Andrew combines industry expertise with technical precision in court reporting.
